Mistake #3. Male Yeast Infection - Believe it or not, it is actually possible for guys to get yeast infections. This most commonly happens by having it spread to you by a woman who has a problem with recurring yeast infections. She doesn’t even have to have any visible signs for it to spread to you, either. Three or four days after you have sex, red pimple-like spots and/or red rashes can appear on and around the head of your penis. Left untreated, this can spread and get much worse. In the long run, it is generally harmless but can itch very badly, sometimes to the point of the constant urge to scratch.
